A little OCD...
...never hurt anyone. Sophie shows tendencies toward "order and structure" in her life. She and K were playing with the matching cards tonight (she's very good with them), and then she decided to line them all up. She's very funny about having things in nice neat lines or in stackable order (she was playing with the wooden stacking dolls we have from our visit to Russia many years ago). She studies EVERYTHING to great detail and likes to figure out how things work. I think an engineering career is in her future...

Too cute. It is amazing how their little minds work and organize things. It's a good thing, for you, that she likes things orderly...I wish both my boys were more like that! Can't see their floor under all their junk half the time, but my girls are different. Emma, who is 2, must put her shoes right into the closet when she takes them off (and she places them just perfectly lined up next to each other). Though it probably won't, I do hope it lasts for ever!!!
